Canceling your Loan
You may rescind your installment loan on or before 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time of the next business day following the loan transaction. To rescind your loan, you must email or fax us written notice of your intent to rescind, along with written authorization to effect a debit entry to your Bank Account for the principal amount of the loan.
The Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) will vary depending on the length of your loan (see table below). The table below shows the Annual Percentage Rate (“APR”) and Finance Charge for various loan amounts.
