Loan Amounts
In Nevada, the minimum loan amount online is $100.00 and $50.00 in store.
The maximum loan amount will be determined on an individual basis based on your income and other factors.
Loan Balances
Loan balances, including fees, cannot exceed 25% of your gross monthly income.
Loan Terms
A minimum of 4 days and a maximum of 35 days
Permitted Fees
The cost of a loan is $8.25 per $100 per week.
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) will vary depending on the length of your loan (see table below). Please see your loan agreement for the APR and other terms applicable to your loan.
You agree that we charge interest per $100 of principal balance prorated to the actual principal balance for a 14-day standard period, and we also prorate the interest charged if your payment period is shorter or longer than our standard 14 day period according to the number of days in the period at a rate of 1/14th of the period interest per day. Interest is earned daily. The interest charged for any extension is calculated using this same method.
Extensions
If you do not want to repay your loan on the due date you may extend your loan until your next payday. If you qualify, we may renew your deferred deposit loan up to four (4) times. The extension period cannot exceed 60 days after the expiration of your initial loan period. We encourage taking advantage of the option to make a partial payment on the loan balance when requesting an extension.
You may request these changes by logging into your online account and or by calling a customer service representative. Renewal requests must be received by 6:00 PM PST on the business day before your loan is due.
Extended Payment Plan (EPP)
The state of Nevada gives Deferred Deposit Loan borrowers the opportunity to repay their Deferred Deposit Loan in 4 installments over 60 days rather than in a single lump-sum payment. This option comes with no additional cost and is known as an Extended Payment Plan or EPP.
The Extended Payment Plan option may be selected by borrowers once within a 12-month period.
